EDI conceived, partnered with Stiles Corporation to develop, and provided sole equity for this 650,000 square foot mixed-use project with 370 luxury rental apartments, retail and a 4-acre floating dock mega yacht marina (the first in Broward County). Located at Sunrise Boulevard and the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale, Sunrise Harbor won numerous awards including the National Association of Home Builders “Pillar Award” as the Best Multi-Family Development in the United States in 2001.
