The estate lots at Ocean Ridge are located on Staniel Cay, Exumas, Bahamas. EDI is an affiliate of the developer of Ocean Ridge. Kayu Maya, the first estate constructed at Ocean Ridge, includes a 7,000 square foot residence and a 2,000 square foot guest cottage. It was completed in 2008 and later sold.
The on-site construction management firm also completed a 4,500 square feet residence with a 2,000 square feet guest cottage. EDI’s in-house services for the project included oversight for the acquisition, financing, legal, insurance, site planning, land surveying, engineering, architectural design, stateside material procurement and shipping, custom transactions, construction and sales and marketing. In addition, EDI worked closely with various local contractors, the Bahamian government, international marketing professionals and the local island community and government to navigate the development and construction process.
